The problem should now be resolved for most customers. We will continue to monitor the situation.

Monitoring

We have since yesterday seen a huge and unexpected increase in assignment copies. This has led to long processing time for these requests and other assignment related tasks like the "download answer" feature and plagiarism checks. Actions have been taken to speed up the process but it will still take some time to catch up. We are sorry for the delay and the inconvenience this may cause.
