We have contacted our third-party video service provider that we have identified to be the source of the issue and are waiting for their response and investigation.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please be assured that we are treating this as a priority, and we are doing everything we can to restore the service as quickly as possible.
